I'm responsible for people operations. I ensure all of Get Set's actions are in line with our company values. In conjunction with the founders I direct our hiring efforts, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and growth and development. I'm thrilled to be a part of one of Toronto's longest running independent game studios!

I create the schedule and orchestrate the tasks for a team of 30 - 50 people comprising artists, designers, audio engineers, programmers, and animators.
