Ashland Inc. operates as a specialty chemicals company worldwide. The company operates through four segments: Ashland Specialty Ingredients, Ashland Water Technologies, Ashland Performance Materials, and Ashland Consumer Markets.After running a plant, facilitated business process re-design workshops across a range of businesses to gain a single consensus method for each core function. Following the design, SAP (ERP) software was configured, tested and implemented across Ashland's diverse group of companies in 38 countries. This work brought the family of Ashland companies under a single instance of SAP, which drove critical organizational efficiency. My focus included forecasting, planning, production execution and inventory control.

In this role, I had technical support responsibilities for a highly-reactive, 24/7 continuous specialty chemical process. In this role, I also had reporting responsibilities for 25 chemical operators and stationary engineers.
