Long-range fiscal planning helps give the company a solid direction for solvency.I take responsibility in the management of ongoing initiatives surrounding public relations, Creatives , content production, Office Operations ,marketing and editorial calendars. Establish an ongoing production calendar that includes projects or ad hoc initiatives. Execute staffing and appropriate delegation to man each of the projects on an ongoing basis.
