The main tasks are to support the senior management in its strategic, tactical and operational administration of the IT department.Duties include;-IT Procurement Management,-IT Vendor Management,-IT Contract Management,-IT Budget Management,-Constructing and updating all these IT processes.

•Supervising and directing procurement functions such as product/service research, global vendors selection, price and contract terms negotiating, preparing budget estimations.•Providing optimum solutions for internal customer requirements in a limited time schedule.

•Ensuring coordination among internal project owner of the related Business Unit, IT Project Team and Procurement department.•Preparing an executive summary in accordance with 5 & 10 years Cost of Ownerships.•Developing and implementing purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.Successfully accomplished ;- Numerous procurement projects amounting to ~ USD 425 million which resulted in a savings over USD 70 million;- 150 technology procurement projects which constitute ~ 40% of Akbank’s total technology procurement.Some major projects finalized during 2010 – 2013 period are as follows :• Long Term Agreement (Business Unit: IT Project Management Division)• Mobile Banking Project (Business Unit: IT Application Development Division)• Procurement of POS Devices (Business Unit: Merchants Division)• Accounting Infrastructure Renewal Project (Business Unit: Budget Coordination)

Worked in foreign procurement projects especially related with France and North Africa region countries. Moreover, took part in local sales & marketing strategy implementation and improvement of alternative sales channels.
