I'm handling, on techinical level, every customer of Kelkoo for Italy and Spain markets. From the first contact until to put online their products.Part of my job has also dedicated to help, step by step, our clients to implement the affiliation marketing (TradeDoubler or AdForm) tools that we offer them.In the last years the ecommerce has grown very fast and one of the credit of this success has been done by CMS open source platforms like: Prestashop, Magento, Zencart, Etc.To help our clients who are using those platforms I had to learn them too. I've accumulated a good experience on the most used, but most of all on Prestashop.Moreover I am the PDB(Product DataBase) coordinator for Italy and Spain. The PDB is a project created by Kelkoo EU which includes external companies(from India for example). The purpose of this project is to catalog the most part of the product purchasable online and to put them in a single DB, adding all the informations necessary to describe the single product, so the result is a huge DB which contains millions of product sheets who will be matched with Kelkoo's offers.Weekly, every coordinator attends to a conference call with the external companies to speak about issues or to improve the matching process of the Kelkoo's products. After that, it's my responsability to keep an high level of matching of our offers to give the best service to our customers.

YAHOO! is a company knew everywhere, so I don't think it's necessary describe it.During my period in YAHOO! I worked on YAHOO!'s Shopping Channel. Including new customers, but especially to handling the YAHOO!'s Shopping Travel Area: Hotels booking - Flights tickets - Car hiring - Packs Holidays.Often the new integrations required real Spiders to sniff the offers on real time so that they were available to put on Yahoo! site.To do that I worked on MySQL and I used Java, Perl, XML and HTML languages.

Kelkoo is a shopping compare prices site. It helps the users to find every kind of item sold online, directing the user to do the best purchase spending less. My role has been that to index the new products in our Database(by MySQL) and to handle the issues and changes necessary.The software used for the integration was based on Java, but realized directly by Kelkoo's software engineers.Moreover, during that period, I've been IT Support for the italian office.
