She initially worked for several projects as an interpreter and translator in a contract position.She founded JTIM to focus on her own operations of interpreting and translation services and has been gradually expanding her business.In 2010-2012, she was the primary supplier of onsite interpreters for the major upgrade of Toyota Australia Powertrain plant, arranging a large number of interpreters.She has a strong focus on team work to deliver high quality outcomes with uniformity both in translation and interpreting services. Her team has been engaged in a large translation project for corporate litigation in 2012-2014, with a strict turnaround and accuracy requirement.Before moving to Australia, she worked for the interior design division of Mitsui Home in Tokyo.
