Facilitates the development of M&A Strategy generation, target sourcing, post-merger integration, and technology divestiture with senior executives of Business Units. - Develop a comprehensive market view and pathways for capital deployment for a select industry or application area. - Facilitate target sourcing exercises across Business Units to identify and prioritize potential targets for discussion with Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors. - Core member of the integration management office (IMO). Led the post-merger integration effort for Go-to-Market related functions such as sales, operations, support, and product management. - Project managed divestitures of minor technologies outside of NI’s core technology.

Managed a globally distributed team of professionals responsible for strategy, planning, and delivery of Sales Force Enablement services. Lead standardization of assets based on NI Sales Methodology, online/on-demand/in-person product/industry training, and sales content management.
