Dr. Fumin Li has more than 16 years of technical and scientific operation experience in two leading CROs, i.e., LabCorp (formerly Covance) and PPD (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific), which focuses on LC-MS-based quantitative bioanalysis. Fumin provides scientific oversight for method development/transfer and validation for hundreds of LC-MS/MS methods to support regulated bioanalysis of small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, biotherapeutics, and biomarkers for IND, NDA, and ANDA filings with many approved drugs in the market. He interacts with regulators (e.g., FDA) and regulatory agencies via onsite visits, addressing regulatory inquiries, or in scientific conferences. Fumin is instrumental in laboratory operations with a track record of success in employee engagement/development, excellent client services, and exceptional financial performance. He provides scientific consultation and advice for lots of clients.Fumin recently started a bioanalytical consulting business, Biollege LLC (www.biollege.com). Biollege consulting offers science-driven advice and solutions in LC-MS-based discovery and regulated bioanalysis of small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, biotherapeutics, and biomarkers (e.g., small molecules and proteins).Fumin is active in the bioanalysis community, participating in meetings and organizing committees for the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) and Applied Pharmaceutical Analysis (APA).
