*Assist with overseeing Housekeeping operations. *Operations within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls well managed schedules. *Monitoring the appearance,standarts and performance of the Housekeeping Team with training and team work.*Ensuring team members have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities. *Assisting the Assistant Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper to good communication and work relationship in all hotel areas. *Ensuring training meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated. *Managing all staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures. *Support managing,training and developing the Front Office Team . *Assisting other departments whereever necessary. *Training all Housekeeping staffs on cleaning and maintenance tasks. *Making schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence . *Respond to guest complaints and special requests. *Motivating team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
