Universum is the most recognized Employer Branding specialist in the world.As an Employer Branding Consultant I am part of the Advisory team, offering guidance in Employer Brand strategy and Employer Value Proposition development and acted as advisor to senior stakeholders. In my role I manage large, data led projects with well known global brands with the purpose to develop strong Employer Branding strategies and activities to increase attraction and retention.

Responsible for Potentialpark’s business in the DACH Region. Grow awareness of how our research can enable organizations to improve their employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment marketing strategies. I was promoted into this role based on my success as a Key Account Manager, shortly after 6 month. Especially for the German market me and my team of 4 were able to generate the most successfull year when it comes to sales, attendances during our Conference and numbers of products per client. I was also personally responsible for the largest portion of Potentialpark’s business. Simultaneously I had the privilege to train three new Key Account Managers working directly on my team, as well as being heavily involved in the training and onboarding of other new Key Account Managers for the organization. My last year have also joined the Board team of Potentialpark.Other responsibilities include budgeting travel for the team, asking for marketing resources and or presenter for several conferences, and project leader and main presenter for our German conference.
