At Trilema Education, we work in 5 areas: professional development of teachers and teacher training; advising in management of educational change according to the Rubik Model; training of managerial teams in schools; coaching and teaching performance assessment and educational innovation for the management of effective change.On one hand, we lead executive teams in the transformation of their educational institutions, as well as assessing in the design of strategical planning linked to training and managing of schools.On the other hand, we collaborate with several organizations and public bodies in charge of education through stable agreements for the implementation of research and training programmes in every región in Spain. We have also launched the “Education Excellence Club” to give support to the work of teachers who stand out in the way that they innovate and transform their schools, and we have also launched AECOPE (Spanish acronym that translates to Spanish Association for Educational Coaching and Assessment).Additionally, Trilema Education has banked on international cooperation. Since 2014 and up until now, we have been in charge of the implementation of activities within the framework of the International Cooperation for Development project, and in particular: “The Strengthening of the Educational System of Ecuatorial Guinea for the Improvement of the Quality of Basic Education in the Country”. This is a project funded by AECID and led by Escuela Católica (Catholic Schooling). Our participation in this project has meant the assessment of the needs of state schools and semi-private schools in Ecuatorial Guinea, and we have provided ongoing training for the teaching and managerial staff. Furthermore, we organised and accompanied a technical visit to Spain for Guinean Head Teachers.

Trilema comprises 4 lines of work.On one hand, we carry out a plan of social and ethical entrepreneurship in schools at every level; teacher training in entrepreneurial education and editorial projects of entrepreneurial training.Additionally, Trilema Enterpreneuring has developed a model by the name of “How to educate in entrepreneurial talent”, which has become an example in its field for schools, editorial groups, and education public bodies. In this sense, since 2011, we have been in an agreement with the Princess of Girona Foundation with whom we have supervised more than 250 entrepreneurial projects in schools ranging from infant education to vocational training.

Trilema Schools offers advice and assessment to institutions, schools and other bodies to start a process of change of the educational model, as well as its consolidation. Additionally, we apply the Rubik Model of Innovation in our schools.In 2012, Trilema Schools took over the ownership of the school Santa Ana (in La Pobla Llarga, Valencia) intending to apply the Rubik Model of Innovation. Ever since, we have taken on new challenges by taking over the management of 3 more schools. We believe that this change can be applied elsewhere and it gives us the type of experience that we can then share with other institutions.As a consequence, since 2013, we have led the application of these models to 15 other schools in which we are now working non-stop towards the implementation of the Rubik Model of Innovation.

At Trilema Pastoral, we focus on the training and research of educational pastoral activity; the initiation of religious awakening, spiritual competence, pastoral planning, key aspects of good pastoral practice; creation of tools of assessment in pastoral matters. Also, since 2014, we co-direct a Master’s Degree in Educational Pastoral, in cooperation with the association for Catholic Schooling and La Salle University in Aravaca, Madrid. Furthermore, we design programmes of international cooperation and education for development.Trilema Pastoral cooperates with schools and institutions in the reinforcement of their ideologies, the developing of institutional educational projects and the design of plans for pastoral, with a strategic view that will allow their organisation to adjust to the mission and values that inspire them.Furthermore, we have worked in different African countries on the implementation of initiatives and projects of International Cooperation and Education for Development, establishing ties of cooperation with AECID, FERE National and Youth and Development.

Trilema Media is the branch of Trilema that focuses on audiovisual and technological production in the context of education. It also deals with the production and edition of educational resources.We rely on a specialised team of professionals in the audiovisual and education fields, who in 2015, made a full-length film focused on education, “PROFES” (Teachers), where Spanish, British and Guinean schools were compared (available on Youtube).In 2017, the second part of the trilogy premiered: “LA OTRA EDUCACIÓN” (The other education). This one tells the stories of children from different families and different ways of understanding education due to their disparate origins: China, Cameroon and Spain.We have also published countless educational materials such as textbooks belonging to different subjects and many kinds of resources for classrooms.

At Trilema Health we educate parents, teachers and mentors in the house management of complex pediatrics, which adds multimedia production to help follow up the treatment plans. We train in self-management of prevalent chronic illnesses (diabetes, asthma, EPOC, hypertension, heart failure and anticoagulation) and we provide technology tools that can be accessed from smartphones or computers for the self-management and monitoring of the illness.At Trilema Health, we work day and night to provide a pedagogical point of view to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, etc.) within the corporate framework of Trilema’s performance assessment.Since 2013, our foundation has been working in cooperation with Nabelia to develop several education assistance programmes to patients in more than 10 different hospitals in Spain. We also endeavour to strengthen people’s ability to make decisions concerning their health and their treatment more independently and responsibly. This means changing from a paternalistic type of model to a model where decisions are shared and patients learn critical thinking and make well-founded decisions. In short, a model of assistance based on the empowerment that aims to develop the ability of patients to take control of their lives from a perspective in which their illness is just another stage in life.
