- I spearheaded projects to make our designers more successful and bridged the gap to our partner engineering team(s). I built a universal documentation site for all departments to coordinate the state of requirements needed to build a successful user experience. I also built Figma Plugins to ease brand alignment- I aided a partner engineering team in building shared components to construct the power platform. Additionally, I constructed PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) components for community developers to be successful building apps within the system

- I built product ready shareable components, tools for accessibility tests, visual tests, build efficiency, and scalability though performance enhancements- Pushing beyond our marketing and storefront, an initiative was created to build a SAAS to compete with out-of-the-box website builders like Squarespace. I aided in rebuilding our component library from the ground up to allow for greater flexibility, better customization, and to allow for third-party users to be successful in all markets.

Worked closely with the engineering team on standing up and building a unified component library for all of Microsoft’s web storefronts. This included ensuring globalization for RTL and LTR languages, accessibility for all users, theming for independent brands within Microsoft, and ensuring a democratic internal open-source community between over a dozen partner teams to ensure their requirements were met and could contribute to the library

- Updated xbox.com with a responsive interface- Worked with UX and UI designers to update XBox Social for the release of the XBox One- Was a part of the team that redesigned the UX for the XBox Dev Portal (XDP) for partner developers to manage data and assets and upload games, apps for global release- Worked alongside XBox design and created prototypes to codify the first major OS update for XBox

- Lead the development of a Flash prototype for JCI’s Smart Building Dashboard to combine over a dozen different systems into a single application- Aided in the UX design for and developed interactives using Flash for automotive clusters for General Motors and the C7 Corvette, Denali, and Opal. These prototypes were leveraged for user testing integrating HID's via Arduino boards for test peripherals- Designed and develop an iOS app that connected to a Windows based monitor that helped drive independent technologies for experimental showcases
