I have more than 25 years experience in IT and Telecom in Hong Kong. Last job at China Mobile Hong Kong was Service and Security Operation Centre Manager. Leading team built the first Service and Security Operation Centre at China Mobile Hong Kong. By 2022 Service and Security Operation Centre have certificated the ISO270001 . Before at China Mobile Hong Kong also led different Teams. New Business Operation Manager - support and development of the New Business platform. Build the first speedtest platform at China Mobile Hong Kong . We also integrated with the Ookla speedtest network. And successful have 2020 and 2021 the fastest 5G Mobile Network award at Hong Kong. Network Service Management Support Manager - Responsible for 5G Core network related project and operation. We successfully completed the NFV migration . And China Mobile Hong Kong is the first to complete the NFV migration at China Mobile Group. Value Added Service Manager - Responsible for Value added service such like Voice mail service, personal ring back tone, prepaid platform etc. I led my team successfully and completed the two main core data centre migration within 11 month migration 10 platform.Before I also working on Hong Kong telecom , Smartone , CSL and New World telephone.I have provide Cyber Security service or IT Support to the big four Cyber Security firm , the top shopping mall at Hong Kong , the Insurance company at China and Hong Kong Government.Now I would like focus on Cyber Security Service and Security Operation.
