-Controlling and monitoring of processing plant using SCADA systems.-Coordinating with process operators and attendants on shift to act promptly on process defects.-Observing and recording temperature, steam pressure, water, air, product flow meters and ammeter readings and taking corrective measures to ensure product specification is meet.-Creating job cards to ensure that plant machinery is well maintained and ready to run all the time.-Pre-start inspection of plant equipment and handover at the beginning of each shift.-Mentoring and training of plant personnel on plant procedures, specifications and safety precautions.-Performing daily housekeeping and sanitation duties around the working area.-Compiling daily production reports, utility usage reports and production log sheets.-Ensuring all process analysis are conducted in time as per schedule to keep plant quality on specification.
