Leading strategic, multi-platform design projects across the breadth of Goldman Sachs. Leading the Interaction Design team at TheAlloy, my role spans a variety of different activities from meeting and pitching to new clients, managing research engagements, working with clients to realise design and development strategies for new & existing product development and of course, still getting down and dirty with all aspects of the interaction design & delivery process.At TheAlloy we work on a multitude of different projects, drawing on our experienced, multidiscipline team to deliver compelling, results driven solutions to big problems. We also fire nerf guns at each other.

Sit on the board of directors at TheAlloy representing the interests of the employee's in the business. This position is elected by the staff of TheAlloy and lasts for a 2 year period.

My role at TheAlloy centres around designing interactions between users & technology across multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, web & tv platforms.Working across a variety of sectors from large multi-national corporations to small innovative start ups I work with a multi-disciplinery team of designers & researchers delivering creative, innovative & engaging experiences with technology for users.

Interaction design internship based in Eindhoven working at Philips Advanced Technology on large EU Project called TA2 with 13 european partners. Conducted, managed and analysed user research with European families in the form of focus groups, diary studies, observations and interviews. Produced academic paper with results of user studies that was submitted to CHI 2010 conference.Developed prototypes for iTV platform using Adobe Flash.

Involved in whole range of on and off-line digital design projects from conception to completion. Worked closely with senior developer to produce whole range of websites from large multi-lingual, ecommerce solutions, e-learning courses and small boutique websites.Produced wireframes, story boards and user journeys to map out user experience. Developed variety of different fidelity prototypes using Flash to develop interactive elements.

On leaving university, I set up a creative consultancy providing digital design services across web, mobile and desktop platforms. Projects included interactive digital presentations incorporating 3D animations, video & audio, large e-commerce and cms web solutions, small 'brochure' websites and a range of graphic design projects. Clients included NHS, Channel 4 & So Norton TV.
