As the Executive Secretary Lagos State Water Regulatory Commission , my central mission has been to spearhead strategic water sector reforms, leveraging over 4.5 years of dedicated service in the field. My expertise in strategic management, team development, and administration has been pivotal in securing a vital $50 million intervention with USAID.The organization's collaborative ethos resonates deeply with my professional values, allowing us to develop four regulatory guidelines now adopted by other states. My role has entailed fostering partnerships, such as the meaningful MOU with WaterAid Nigeria and the co_creation of the African Development Bank grant application. These efforts underscore my commitment to enhancing sustainability and regulatory excellence within the water sector, always with an eye toward innovative, inclusive solutions that serve the community.
