I’m a Clinical Mental Health Therapist with a demonstrated history providing trauma-informed care to individuals facing a wide range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, family difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism and varying levels of trauma.I believe life is comprised of different seasons.
