Oversee and manage the in-house wellness initiatives - Emotional Well-being Program and SOW (Sanctuary of Wellness)

Served as a student counseling intern and worked with primary therapist by co-leading group therapy sessions with up to ten clients and co-leading family sessions. Conducted and led psychoeducational skills group with up ten clients and prepared daily clinical notes for appropriate documentations. Participated in staff meetings and other duties as assigned.

Gave daily informational sessions for prospective students and their parents interested in attending SMU. Responsible for managing SMU undergraduate admission email account. Assisted with processing application materials such as uploading academic transcripts, resumes, recommendation letters and more. Presented and tailored informational sessions for up thirty high school students visiting SMU on a field trip. Attended and participated in weekly staff meeting by giving updates on undergraduate admission email account. Collaborated on the planning on yield events aimed at prospective applicants and their families. Participated in the planning and execution of yield events aimed at diverse applicants and their families. Performed administrative duties such as making copies, performing research for leadership team, taking meeting minutes, and other duties as assigned
