During last years I was responsible for a diverse set of projects and activities. Here some of them:* Leading search engineering and product teams like safe search (antispam, antifraud and antivirus), multimedia search teams (image search, video search, music search), UGC collecting, blog search, webmaster services* Mentoring my team members and colleagues, facilitating complicated retrospectives of projects and reorganization processes, teaching students in Yandex Management School* Transforming webmaster ecosystem to provide better search user experience, less spam and fraud, more usability and trust via communication with the community, changing search algorithms, and collaboration with other internet services. Achievements more fascinating than regular KPI improvement: – UGC on SERP: we launched robust and flexible UGC platform to collect on SERP user reviews about goods, services, organizations, multimedia objects, etc.; and other types of feedback; created products using this data to improve search experience – Blog search crisis management (I've taken it with huge technical and product debts): during 3 monthes we significally improved trending topics feature that gave 70% of traffic. We reduced spam from 60% to 7%, improved freshness twice; started to measure everything. We reduced latency in 2,5x times and reduced number of fails in 5 times. – Music service crisis management: we launched the first paid app in Yandex in time. We increased WAU 3x times during a year, we launched recommendation system for music tracks, radio with personalization, increased number of tracks twice, integrated app with cloud service Disk, etc. – Changing ecosystem: I invented a new scheme of defining limits to automated querying Yandex search via XML — it solved a problem of fake accounts, solved a problem of defining limits for socially important projects, etc.

* Managing people and teams* Managing products in web search service.Achievements:1. Project "Ukraine+10%"​: increased Yandex market share in Ukraine from 19% to 29% (Oct.2009-Mar.2010).
