1. To supervise, manage and develop the High Rise Living Co-ordinator, on a day to day basis including monitoring and delegating workloads, managing sickness and absence, undertaking 1:1s, PDP’s and monitoring and managing performance. 2. To monitor the 24/7 rota and ensure that cover is provided at both high rise units at all times, highlighting any staffing concerns with the Operations Manager at the earliest convenience. 3. Ensure team members receive core training and regular support. 4. Assist the High Rise Living Co-ordinators with the management of serious incidents and emergency situations. 5. Ensure the High Rise Living Co-ordinators provide comprehensive handovers. 6. To monitor and report on all compliance checks/audits undertaken at the scheme, highlighting any risks or hazards identified and looking to minimise these to ensure the safety and welfare of our residents, on site staff and the buildings. 7. To report any serious compliance concerns to the Operations Manager in a timely manner so they can be rectified and remedial action taken. 8. To train and supervise all new starters to the role, ensuring they are competent before working on their own. 9. To build positive working relationships with third parties (contractors, police, social services, external support agencies etc.) 10. To ensure that monthly timesheets are completed accurately and passed to the Operations Manager for final approval. 11. In the absence of the High Rise Living Co-ordinator to provide cover and undertake duties as detailed in their job description.
