Highly motivated and accomplished professional with a strong educational background in data science and practical experience in optimizing business operations. Currently doing my master's thesis on Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering department, I possess a deep interest in data science, artificial intelligence, and forecasting. I have expanded my coding skills to include Python, and R, with proficiency in utilizing libraries such as numpy,pandas, scikit-learn and Plotly for data manipulation, visualization, and machine learning tasks. Additionally, I have gained expertise in Generalized Linear Models, Neural Network implementation using TensorFlow, stochastic modeling techniques such as Markov chains and Reinforcement Learning algorithms during my masters education. I am working on my thesis which is about developing an Online Reinforcement Learning algorithm to optimize service rate in M/M/1/K and M/G/1/K Queues. Additionally I am working on Tüpraş as a Digitalization and Performance Analytics Supervisor where I develop dashboards using PowerBI and R to create managerial reports. I also supervise digital projects about optimizing the production processes and creating financial insights for Tüpraş using Data Science and Data Analysis techniques.
