I am a highly motivated bioengineer who graduated from Manisa Celal Bayar University. Currently, I am doing my master's at the University of Tartu Bioengineering Department.I have worked at The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye as a part of a research internship programme (STAR) during the pandemic. I was involved in the "Reference Material Production for SARS-CoV2" project, where I played a part in the homogenization and validation processes.During my time with the team, I participated in the primer-probe design, optimization and validation of designed oligos, sequence analysis, ligation, transformation and colony screening, plasmid isolation, DNA/RNA isolation, DNA analysis, and spectrophotometric analyses. I have performed qualitative and quantitative analyses using RT-PCR and droplet digital PCR. I have broad wet lab knowledge, such as practising sterile techniques, media preparation, and cell culture.I am proficient in Microsoft Office and actively use software such as Geneious, SnapGene, and Benchling.
