Lead a diverse business and civil litigation practice in federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies. Provide arbitration and mediation of business disputes.The practice includes providing support and counsel for a range of transactional matters – from commercial leasing and contract negotiation, licensing arrangements, representation of debtors and creditors in bankruptcy situations to corporate and employment law, criminal appeals in all courts, tax counseling and litigation, estate planning, and commercial and residential real estate. Recruited directly from a previous role at public accounting firm PwC to address and resolve a large volume of Federal and State tax matters as well as ongoing cases in commercial litigation.

With an educational foundation in business accounting and finance, provided research and analysis of tax issues for a range of client organizations – including large corporations, trusts, partnerships and exempt organizations.

Headed a sole proprietorship private practice focused on general civil and criminal law.
