• Supports budget and forecasting activities.• Preparation of monthly management report andaccompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives,including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports. Followup and documentation of significant variances.• Completion of the quarterly and annual regulatoryfilings; preparation of assigned Quarterly and AnnualStatutory Statement pages/schedules.• Assist with annual external audit.Complete requested materials. Preparation of schedulesfor the annual and interim audit.• Testing and receiving final approval for system reportsrequired for management, financial reporting andgeneral ledger reconciliations.• Deal with Letter of Credit (LC), Invoice Discounting, BankGuarantee and Credit Facility negotiation.• Coordinate and resolve various issues with bank such ascleared check differences, bank fee anomalies,targeted balance calculations and enhancements toonline services.• Variance analysis (excel charts & PPT presentations) ofDaily, Weekly, Monthly Sale & Purchase Report.• Conform with and abide by all regulatory guidance andinternal policies & procedures.• Contribute to department and organization specialprojects as assigned.• Preparing and filing of VAT returns periodically.

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of thefinancial reporting and general ledger structure.• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly andyear end close.• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financialinformation.• Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positivepay transactions.• Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Complianceactivities are performed in a timely and accuratemanner.• Supports budget and forecasting activities.• Collaborates with the other finance departmentmanagers to support overall department goals andobjectives.• Monitors and analyzes department work to developmore efficient procedures and use of resources whilemaintaining a high level of accuracy.• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routinereporting transactions.• Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance,Controller, and other finance and firm wide managersregarding financial results, special reporting requests andthe like.• Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timelyyear-end audit.• Supervise the general ledger group to ensure allfinancial reporting deadlines are met.• Assist in development & implementation of new features& procedures to enhance the workflow of theDepartment.
