The community manager role is to dialogue and create a bond between communities (Artists, Events, Brands and Consumers) with the objective to complete the projects.Role: negotiation with brands and contracting parties, planning and executive production of brand activation and events, creation of artistic projects for brands, artistic management, contact with audiovisual production companies for original soundtrack sells.Achievements:- Planning and executive production of events for Inner Circle and Festa Mel;- Stage management of Gop Tun Festival 2022 and 2023;- 2 months responsible for curatorship of friday's nights of Room Club;- Artistic management of emerging producers of electronic music: Carlos do Complexo e Jaca Beats.

Responsible of product management of Caloi brand, product viability and competitive analysis, P&L and sell in / sell out analysis, use of platforms like GfK and Stylus to new insights and product innovation, OEM management and new product training for shopkeepers.Achievements:- Creation of a 7-years innovation pipeline.- I've led the product department for mass market and e-commerce for 5 months.- In charge of all OEM projects for Decathlon and lisencing for Disney, Mattel and other brands.- Creation of Caloi's activation for kids at Kidzania São Paulo.

Responsible for bicycle design of the products of the mass market, e-commerce and sporting goods.Main responsibilities and achievements:- Development of new bike frames, color and bicycle graphics.- Specification and Design analysis of the main competitors.- In chage of all product development of kids bikes (planning, specification and new supplier developments)

Working on Innovation & Design department, the job role was to create new graphics for Caloi's bicycles, and search for trends to get new insights for new products.Achievements:- Responsible for product concept, color and graphics and naming of new products.- Standardization of all product manuals.- Co-creation of products with big brands in licensing marketing (Mattel, Disney, Cartoon)- Presentation of bike concepts to the leaderboard of the company.
