As the founder/psychotherapist at Mind Above, PLLC, I provide outpatient mental health therapy to adults with various challenges, such as PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood, distress, and adjustment. As a licensed clinical social worker and a U.S. Air Force veteran, I have a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the needs and issues of the military, veterans, and their families.My approach to care is based on evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and eclectic psychotherapy.
