As independent consultant, facilitator and business coach, I am committed to working with people, teams and organisations to unfold their potential and develop beyond the status quo. For my work I draw on many years of experience as HR Manager and my consulting experience in medium-sized companies, public sector and corporate business.

As a team we are committed to introducing and promoting CoCreation in companies and in society.

As part of a small team of like-minded colleagues I work on strengthening the entrepreneurial effectiveness of our clients. Together we design the architecture for successful change processes. We create spaces in which the existing potential can fully unfold while we co-creatively contribute our experience, approaches and methods for finding sustainable solutions.

Strategic setup of the Inorganic Pigments business unit’s global distribution network in consideration of business targets, competition landscape and legal requirements; Define, implement and lead through best-practice processes along all phase of the distribution partnership; Involve and manage all relevant global and regional interfaces within the business unit and with Corporate functions; Implement and manage ongoing and repeating processes like data quality checks, reporting, long-tail analyses, Global Distributor Events and special projects

Close collaboration with the responsible Board member of the Performance Chemicals segment especially for topics related to the LANXESS Performance Culture Project and interlinking HR topics; Preparation and (co-)facilitation of international workshops, for example with all Country Representatives of the different LANXESS regions; Insights into strategic business topics and support of strategic corporate projects

Conceptual design and operational delivery of global and local training and development offerings; Project Management for implementing the SuccessFactors BizX as an IT solution to support employee development and succession planning; Conceptual design of a LANXESS-wide, globally aligned talent management approach; Enhancement and roll out of the SuccessFactors BizX as our global IT solution for performance management and succession planning; From July 2014 shared responsibility for a new LANXESS Change Leadership initiative; Member of the Corporate „LANXESS Performance Culture“ Project Team and active support in the global rollout process; Development and implementation of a new LANXESS approach towards leading employee dialogs including system implementation of all necessary changes in the SuccessFactors BizX application; Preparation and support of the Performance Dialog rollout process for the top 900 managers at LANXESS globally including co-facilitation of supporting training offerings; Onboarding and enabling of international HR colleagues; Negotiations with the German works council and finalisation of a group agreement targeting additional managerial employees in Germany

Rotational program through a number of core HR functions and early takeover with an unlimited work contract into the HR Executive Development Team (later: HR Management Development)

Coordinate and liaise all Bayer HealthCare Trainees; Concept and implementation support of a global Bayer HealthCare International Development Program for high-profile Marketing graduates; Conduct research and compile essays on current trend topics (e.g. “Generation Y”).
