I was hired to represent Aceolution as the sole Point of Contact and Project Coordinator in Brazil for their Google project. As Coordinator, I led a team of 3 Supervisors and 41 German-proficient Search Quality Content Raters working 40h/week on the Google EWOQ platform. I was responsible for the onboarding, interviews, tests and training of candidates, and subsequently worked full-time at the office, assisting the Search Quality Content Raters and managing the Supervisors, maintaining their daily presence, delivery of demands and daily calls with the client, a World-Class Google Cloud Premier Partner company that hired Aceolution's services. I also communicated weekly with Coordinators of similar EWOQ projects in the Netherlands, Poland and Taiwan. The project here was managed by me, with remote support from teams in India and the United States.
