Having been in business for 10 years with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, Tu projects knows what it takes to run a successful fit out from the design stage to the final handover. Providing refreshing services, Tu Projects sees each project as a unique opportunity to provide a cost effective fit out with elite service. As the BDM, my role is to evolve and further promote the Tu Projects brand and what we stand for by offering support to our existing and future client bases. Client relations and support are both areas I am passionate about and are the centre of our business model.

Throughout the seven years that I owned and operated Ella Bache Hamilton, Portside I worked to develop the branding and nature of the business. It was within my personal goals to implement an understanding of good business practice to all of my staff. This was achieved through everyday operations including the constant training and mentoring of my employees. Further to the everyday running of the practice I served on the Ella Bache Franchise Council which enabled me to be a part of many marketing and business development opportunities. This has been the grounding behind future endeavours that I have taken on in my career. We worked with the Heart Foundation, AEIOU, Melbourne Cup, Dendy Cinemas and Byblos offering pampering services to the staff and guests of each organisation. During these events we were able to communicate the message of the brand by treating and pampering women which subsequently communicated the overall message of Ella Bache.
