Sayan Das is a technically sound and analytical individual with a commitment to achieving his goals. He has a keen interest in business strategy and development as well as climate change. Sayan holds a diploma and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He has completed 10+ internships in the fields of climate change, sales, marketing, and supply chain. His remarkable achievement includes receiving a recognition certificate from Protrainy's founder (an IIM-B incubated startup for civil engineers) during his internship.Sayan is actively involved in volunteering activities, including being a delegate at the 11th Young India Challenge, a volunteer at Josh Talks, and a facilitator at POP Movement in the USA. He has participated in over 15 workshops from reputed institutions such as IIT, NITs, and Central Universities. He also won the 2nd Prize in the model exhibition, Megalith 2020, IIT Kharagpur.Sayan's future goals include pursuing higher studies and starting his own business venture. He has worked as a Business Development Manager at Mayur Bricks from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Sayan is a youth leader in the Kectil Program 2023, fully funded by the Malmar Knowles Family Foundation, USA.
