Under the supervision of Dr. Jun Wang, investigated the functional non-coding mutations in follicular lymphoma, an incurable indolent B cell malignancy, predominantly characterized by the t(14;18) translocation. - Integrated whole genome epigenomic marks and mutations to identify variants with regulatory potential. - Identified unique mutational processes specific to cis-regulatory elements (CREs). - Utilized allele-specific expression (ASE) patterns to refine and identify functional CREs and mutations associated with gene expression changes.Dataset: ICGC WGS+RNASeq MMML-Seq cohort, ChIP-Seq from 9 FL Patients, Hi-C and DHSs from GM12878 cell line
