Single Family Office of Paulus´ family (founders of CVC and GJP Hotels)Direct report to the group's partner. Responsible for the following areas: financial, accounting, tax, legal, planning, risk, compliance and monitoring of invested companies. Team of 3 managers and 15 employees.• IPO and follow on of the invested company CVC: Representation of the founder in both processes of access to capital markets. Coordination of all necessary actions. Interface with investment banks, lawyers and company executives. Coordination of actions with the administrator and manager of FIP, fund that held the company's stake. Resulting in:o IPO: Raised of R$541million, 100% secondaryo Follow on: Raised of R$1.23 billion, 100% secondary - This operation received the IBEF award in the Equity category • Due diligence process on the sale of the invested company Webjet to Gol. Transaction value was R$650mm• Execution of long- and short-term financing in the hotel operation, with raising of R$270mm from BNDES, BNB, CRI and Working Capital• Sale of the GP7 agency to the Publicis group, with negotiation of price, MOU terms, coordination of Due Diligence and discussion of the final SPA. Transaction value was R$30mm• Professionalization of the group's asset management. Hired a team of analysis, trade, middle office, and risk management. After 6 months the company had a technical team to manage 4 onshore funds and 1 offshore fund • Review of the portfolio of labor, civil and tax liabilities. Resulting in accurate liabilities value and the new strategy for each process • Several restructurings of the group's investment funds, resulting in the improvement of governance, tax and succession optimization• Supervise through committees and boards the invested companies

Single Family Office of TOTVS' foundersDirect report to the partners of the group. Responsible for the areas: finance, accounting, HR, IT, and monitoring of the group's invested companies. Team of 10 professionals.• Implementation of TOTVS system and reinforcement of the company's backoffice team. • Analysis (financial and operational) of the group's food business. Leading to the decision of selling the business• Negotiation and sale of food business to minority partners• Support in structuring the group´s Real Estate company
