An accomplished and dynamic leader with over 10 years of experience in primary education, specialising in teacher development, STEM education and computing. I have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful curriculum programs through the leading of teams, coaching, and mentoring. Proficient in creating engaging digital learning resources and fostering a positive learning environment. I am passionate about digital learning, curriculum development, training, and team management.In my current role I have spearheaded a transformative redesign of the school's computing curriculum, using physical programming devices, and upgrading our schools IT equipment which I achieved by pursuing grants and applying to many educational programs. This has led to students having access to material and devices they otherwise would have missed out on, improving their overall computing learning experience. This work gave me the opportunity to put the school forward to be recognised as a Digital School House through active participation in the initiative sponsored by major gaming industry leaders Nintendo, Ukie, and Ubisoft. I continue to play a key role in delivering impactful computing workshops to other local schools, as I am passionate about my work and enjoy contributing to the broader educational community.
