My role affords me the opportunity to serve a Tribe of HR professionals, Design and Execute an Operational Strategy, Foster Professional Development but most importantly, remove barriers enabling every member of my team to be successful in a multi-faceted environment.• Consult and Deliver continuous reporting/analysis on Human Capital to Sr Leadership teams (VP+)• Lead and Serve team of 13 Operational HR Professionals within the following functional areas: √ Talent Acquisition √ Reporting & Analytics √ Compliance & Data Management• Strategize and drive HR Operational programs to support 28K+ team members• Develop and Oversee Contingent Workforce Employment Program o Employed an average of 7K temporary workers per year (2017-2019)• Key Member and Contributor to HR system Design, Testing, Deployment and User Training o Taleo ATS, Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud• Collaborate with key Stakeholders on system enhancements, and execution of Change Management• Manage and provide HR Case Management support for all Local HR Leadership• Continuously provide BPI initiatives to improve Service Delivery within Talent Acquisition and HRBP’s• Provide ad hoc reporting/analysis for all HCM verticals to Hiring Manager and Employment Teams• Manage Compliance Program for LV Region (Licensing, Data Quality, Auditing, etc…)
