Francisco Vicente-Vidal managed the legal services provided by the firm’s San Diego branch office. Although born in the United States, Mr. Vicente-Vidal was raised in Mexico and subsequently moved to the United States to pursue his business and legal education. His bicultural connection to Mexico were indispensable when providing representation to Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and multinational companies from Latin America who are seeking to transfer employees to the United States.Mr. Vicente-Vidal’s practice included all aspects of U.S. corporate immigration law, including temporary work visas and employment-based permanent residency cases for foreign national employees. He has assisted corporate clients to obtain business visas under a variety of immigration programs, including the H-1B, TN, L-1 Blanket Program and E investor program. Mr. Vidal also assisted individuals with family-based permanent residency petitions, citizenship and deportation matters that frequently arise near the Tijuana-San Diego international border.Prior to joining Deason Law, PC, Mr. Vicente-Vidal developed eight years of management experience at Wells Fargo where he specialized in servicing the Hispanic market. He also obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Mr. Vicente-Vidal’s business background provided added value to the legal services provided to corporate clients who seek to invest in the U.S. market due to his understanding of various business models, supply chain logistics and finance.As manager of Deason Law, P.C.'s San Diego office, Francisco's focus was to grow the firm's practice by delivering exceptional work product and service to all clients.

Francisco Vidal clerked with the firm’s immigration and employment departments. He provided assistance with the firm’s corporate visa cases, conducted legal research and investigation, drafted pleadings and court documents for employment and immigration litigation, and provided business analysis for clients who are seeking investor visas. Prior to enrolling in law school, Francisco obtained both his Bachelor of Business Administration/Management in International Business and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Francisco also developed eight years of management experience in various capacities at Wells Fargo. Francisco is fluent in Spanish and English.

Participated in the launching of a business consulting start-up firm dedicated to helping recent law school graduates build their legal practice. Developed consulting material on the application of business foundations to the practice of law and managed several of the firm's operations, marketing, recruiting and project-management functions.

Managed production, quality and service levels of underwriting, operations and sales teams at Wells Fargo's mortgage division. Played a leading role in the founding of a new department dedicated exclusively to servicing the needs of the bank's Spanish-speaking customers. Participated in project management initiatives, including the opening of new underwriting centers in Dallas, Texas. Formed part of the bank's exclusive Leadership Development Program where he prepared and presented white papers to upper management with recommendations to improve service, reduce costs and increase productivity in various departments. Recognized for consistently ranking among the top sales performers in the mortgage portfolio retention division. Formed part of the bank's call center management team responsible for analyzing data, call patterns and volumes, staffing levels and other call-center metrics to increase service levels and operational efficiencies.
