My life mission is to lead people by empowering and inspiring. Building new things is my passion, with energy and hopefulness about the future. I bring positive energy and a sense of the possible to my clients. Second Wave Learning was started to humanize the workplace so every person feels they have value. We do this by building a strong foundation of generational inclusion through workshops, storytelling, coaching circles, and teaching. Millennials and Gen Z were born into a world of crisis and uncertainty. Given the opportunity to lead, they will help us build solutions. They are uniquely qualified to solve tomorrow's problems. Too few people are aware of the incredible influence that a generation can have on the workplace, society, the economy, culture, etc. Teaching and learning about generational theory is a passion for me. I've spent over 25 years in the fields of behavioral sciences, market research, organizational development and media, working with a range of clients nationally and internationally including Fortune 500 companies, U.K. Charities, U.S. Government, Foundations, and Non-Governmental Organizations. Clients have included U.S. Army, Navy SEALs, World Bank, World Economic Forum, Knight Foundation, Proctor & Gamble, McDonalds, Pepsi, and Freddie Mac. I have held leadership positions at Gallup, an organization that combines the scientific advancements of psychology, sociology, economics, and statistics to achieve new insights for corporations, governments and nongovernmental organizations worldwide. In 2011, I developed a strategic partnership with author and economist Neil Howe to manage and grow two companies: LifeCourse Associates, the leading research company on generations, demography, and social trends, and Saeculum Research, a research intelligence service for private equity managers.
