Franklin W. Mr. Boenning regularly assists clients managing real estate with environmental issues, including buying and selling contaminated properties and managing the risks associated with managing these properties. In addition, he routinely assists solid and hazardous waste collection and disposal companies with a wide variety of permitting, licensing, regulatory, transaction and enforcement matters. Mr. Boenning also assists policy holders recover environmental remediation costs from insurance companies issuing comprehensive general liability policies as well as newer pollution liability policies. Finally, Mr. Boenning maintains an active practice advising clients regarding environmental issues associated with the remediation of contaminated property.
