I arbitrate technology, intellectual property, business and commercial disputes. The technology and intellectual property disputes often involve licenses, royalties, development agreements and service agreements. The business and commercial disputes often arise out of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, investments, finder's fee agreements, manufacturing agreements, and distribution and reseller agreements. Most of my cases are administered by the American Arbitration Association (adr.org) and its international arm, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (icdr.org).

In the Spring of 2005, I taught the Cyberlaw course, which addresses broad and diverse issues of law, policy and commerce in the online world. In the Spring of 2016, I taught the course on copyright law, which focuses on copyright laws, regulations, policies and cases. Advised students on careers in intellectual property and technology law.

Built financial applications on mainframe computers, including a "what if" model for the CFO of Hertz Rent-a-Car written in APL on an RCA-developed financial applications platform, and a tracking system for hard assets on the SAS platform. I was part of the Telecommunications and Computer Services group that was based in Cherry Hill, NJ.
