Highlights during this period include:• Successfully delivered a portfolio of patient-journey focused projects to ensure the provision of safe and high quality services, achieving strong outcomes to receive continuous high levels of funding;• Managed the Gosford Emergency Patient Flow project to map processes and input a nationally mandated fast track model, realising significant improvements in patient wait and stay times;• Led the provision and assessment of student presentations as Lecturer and Student Coach at the NSW Health, Healthcare for Redesign School.
