Franziska Schmid intends to actively shape social change towards a sustainable future. As Head of Impact4Banking at CodingPassion, she intensively deals with the needs of the Millenials in order to develop relevant digital banking products. Sustainable, social and ecological behavior and actions she represents out of passion both professionally and privately. With her background in corporate banking at the Sparkasse, the LfA and the Deutsche Bundesbank, as well as her part-time studies in business psychology with the addition of international exchange programs, she understands the interplay of customer needs, finance and sustainability.
