As part of the LUQOM Group Lampenwelt is Europe's leading online specialist for lamps and luminaires. Lampenwelt operates in 28 countries across Europe.In my role, I'm steering and leading the product development & strategy of Lampenwelt's B2C and B2B online shops as a direct report to the CIO. This includes the responsibility of the following areas with approx. 20 FTEs:- E-commerce product owners- UI/UX, conversion rate optimization, web tracking & analytics, and user research- Onsite search & recommendation engineMajor projects & achievements:- Leading main parts of the re-platforming of Lampenwelt’s legacy e-commerce setup includingMigrating the existing shop platform (Magento 1) to Magento 2.- Introducing several state-of-the-art SaaS tools for CMS (Storyblok), search & recommendation (Bloomreach), web analytics (Piano Analytics), A/B-testing (Kameleoon), monitoring (New Relic) and localization (Crowdin).- Setting up agile and business-focused product & development processes and establishing a user-centric product organization.- Ramping up the B2B business by introducing a B2B-focused online shop.- Internationalization in 9 new countries in 2024.- Leading the migration of Lampemesteren (sister company as part of the LUQOM group) to Lampenwelt’s tech platform including the migration of all existing e-commerce shops.
