ECFiber delivers fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP/FTTH/FTTx) in rural Vermont. Our operating partner, ValleyNet, is a 30 year old not-for-profit ISP that began providing dialup in the vicinity of Dartmouth College (the "Upper Valley" region of VT/NH) in the early 1990s and whose leadership conceived of ECFiber. Developed early process management tracking program using dBase III and Lotus 1-2-3, leading to my IT career.
