CurrentECFiber delivers fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP/FTTH/FTTx) in rural Vermont. We are municipality akin to a water treatment district formed by 31 towns stretching from the eastern slopes of the Green Mountains to the Connecticut River that forms our border with New Hampshire. Our operating partner, ValleyNet, is a 30 year old not-for-profit ISP that began providing dialup in the vicinity of Dartmouth College (the "Upper Valley" region of VT/NH) in the early 1990s and whose leadership conceived of ECFiber.
