Over 20 year managing teams involved in integration or validation of software deployed on complex systems.Thanks to my experiences in fields as varied as military, digital television, automotive or medical, I acquired or developed:- Managerial skills thanks to 10 years of managing R & D teams in international environment,- project management skills for 7 years devoted to monitoring major projects,- Organizational skills through my regular involvement in quality improvement processes, change management or structuring activities,- Technical skills integration and validation of embedded software.My main motivations are:- to evolve in an environment with a strong technical challenge and bring my versatility,- manage a team and develop the skills of employees,- to set up and carry out project monitoring, without losing sight of the main objective of delivering in respect of costs and deadlines, while ensuring an excellent level of quality.
