Frank has several decades of tempered experience programming and designing large-scale urban design, commercial, healthcare and educational facilities. After graduating, he quickly demonstrated his ability to realize sizable projects. At Hillier, the third largest US architecture firm, he established a reputation for versatility, independence and effectiveness in delivering numerous building types. He has created education and housing prototypes that set control standards where design serves as policy for ongoing procurements. During his practice and later as Principal in Charge of Design at HACBM, Frank developed expertise on community-based urban design and housing projects, where he earned broad respect for his vision and practical implementation, qualities which have made him a much sought after expert on regulatory design policy and strategic planning. Frank’s sound judgment and agreeable manner make him most capable in guiding firm operations and efficient project management. Frank's commitment to urban design projects represents his belief in the economic impact of redevelopment projects in urban areas. This idea shaped his concept approach to urban redevelopment and become the initiative for most of his projects.The strategic concept of "Urban Recycling" (Reciclaje Urbano) that he developed provided for an integrated team approach to the development of a balanced, long-term economic model for urban redevelopment projects. This particular model incorporates urban design, architecture, construction, financial planning and community development. Projects developed using this approach have been recognized by federal, state, civic and business organizations with numerous awards for excellence in design.Specialties: Frank's interest in urban issues has taken him to appointments to the NJ Historic Trust, Trenton Office for Policy Studies, Trenton Enterprise Initiative and Trenton City Home. A design juror and lecturer at NJIT, Rutgers, Princeton and the University of Minnesota, he has written and published work on architecture.Also noted for his work as an artist, Frank is also a painter of panoramic landscapes and other aesthetic themes similar to his compositional work in architecture and poetry.
