Thanks to the experience I've gained at Havmak Clean Air Technologies, as the general manager and as the project lead of the state-sanctioned R&D:- I've gained valuable experience in project management, planning, coordination and time management.- I was able to provide the company with increased product awareness and majority of it's customer base, through the websites I've created and maintained and social media accounts I've managed.- I've learned ways of providing effective and creative solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through my interactions with the customers, before and after sales.Thanks to my experience as an English language teacher and as a graduate of American Studies, I've learned the importance of:- Forming communication through narratives,- Illustrating details in order to provide new perspectives,In providing value to the customers that would have been not utilized otherwise, alongside increasing brand and product awareness.
