I have been working at Oakway Wealth Management since 2021. Here I have found my confidence, improved my communications skills and professional manner. I started off as a Business Administrator, booking in clients for annual review meetings, managing the Letters of Authority process, gathering documentation ahead of a meeting and much more. I am now working as a Protection and Trust Administrator where I support the advice team with the processing of trust and protection cases. I am preparing suitability letters, reviewing client Wills, preparing trust forms, etc. I have completed my BA Honours in Criminology and Law where I achieved a 2:1. Currently, I am studying for my Diploma in Law. This will further my knowledge and understanding of the legal system and set me up for a bright future in the law industry. I thrive on client satisfaction, a hard working team and managing my time effectively. Juggling part time work and full time study since 2021 has been challenging, however I am equipped with the resilience, determination and commitment to succeed.
