As a Business Administrator, I have gained comprehensive experience in supporting the operational needs of my organisation. My role encompasses a variety of responsibilities that have allowed me to develop a robust skill set and a keen understanding of effective business operations. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the organisation, filing, and retrieval of important documents, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring confidentiality. Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and book meeting rooms.Letter of Authority process, collating plan information for pensions and investments, and making sure the client is up to date with all queries related to their plans. Organise client gifts and maintain a process to ensure special events are not missed. Deal with all incoming client enquiries and respond in line with Practice Service Level Standards. Drafting annual review letters and suitability letters for clients. My current role since Sep 2024 has changed to the following:Updating social media accounts weekly. Reviewing client Wills and Power of Attorneys. Contacting solicitors to progress client Wills, etc. Preparing Trust forms for pension and protection plans. Preparing compliant suitability reports for advice reviews and protection cases. Completing and updating CFRs.
