Role consisted of : Producing stock take weekly and ordering stock with suppliers in order to keep a consistent stock level.Training both new and current staff to a high level of making drinks , serving food , cleaning down and customer service.Working with owners to create new drinks menus which will attract customers and creating new offers and attractions to encourage customers to come.
