As a member of Cricket Tasmania's casual staff register, I have worked in different departments for different events over the past 3 years. Operating mainly as a coach, I have undertaken numerous school and community cricket programs. Along with this experience, I have also worked on match day events and membership administration. This role has helped me develop key skills which I hope to use further in my career. In this role I have: - Communicated and liaised with key community stakeholders such as schools, organisations and individuals. - Developed lesson plans and schedules to maximise potential and engagement with students. - Improved time management and communications skills with staff at Cricket Tasmania.
