The firm has completed a number of retail, residential and hospitality projects ranging in scope and complexity. Through FZAD staff and myself, Frederic Zonsius AIA we have completed projects in the high-end Retail sector, high-end Residential sector and currently Restaurants and Grocery Stores. Such clients include The Four Seasons, The Pierre Hotel, L. Raphael Spa at the Four Seasons, Risotteria Restaurant, Brazil Grill Restaurant, K Rico Restaurant, Morton Williams Grocery Stores, Key Food Grocery Stores, Western Beef Grocery Stores and Max Mara. Through FZAD's ten-year association with Max Mara FZAD has set up systems of purchasing, and project management in order to offer a “wrap around” level of service to our clients.FZAD + it's staff are architects, designers having the ability to understand the client’s needs on the front end and has the architectural and interior design skills to seeing a project completed error free on the back end.
