Led a team of 60+ people (spread across Engineering, Infrastructure & DevOps, UI, UX, Data Science and IT areas) which Implemented a product-platform strategy for our growing digital portfolio.

- Led strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all websites and apps- Implemented Agile methodologies and served as Agile Coach for the Engineering, Product and Content teams- Led internal change management process derived of the platform and technology stack migration- Evaluated and identified appropriate technology (CMS, Front End and deployment stack) to build a new platform for the 10+ websites- Re-designed 2 websites and launched 2 new ones, including metroscubicos.com, the #1 real estate marketplace in México at the time (later acquired by Mercado Libre)

Grupo Expansión acquired mediotiempo.com and they appointed our team for running all things digital in the Company. I led a team of 20+ Engineers overseeing all development efforts for 7 sites.- Re built 4 sites using the mediotiempo.com lean approach and tech stack, which rocketed the sites to be #1 on their niche- Built custom CMS’s and Front End's for all of our properties- Launched 2 new websites, including cnnmexico.com, a JV with Turner- Grew the team from 8 to 30 Engineers and UI/UX Designers

Radical OH was a small Craft Brewery. Our beers were poured at some of the best restaurants and beer bars in México.

Elemento Creativo was a boutique Digital Agency where we built:- An Interactive DVD yearbook with text, images and videos, with a "crowdsourcing" platform forgathering all content, used by 3 of the top private schools in Mexico City for 5 years- A platform for managing amateur soccer leagues that is still in use

Surfeando was the #1 surf site in México for 5 years. Led the project with the help of some friends.- In charge of all content and social media- Built & evolved a custom CMS & Front End- Built a cloud based live scoring system that was used on the 3 main surfing events in Mexico- Helped organize and run the 2007 Evencio Garcia Memorial surf tournament

Employee #2 at a Startup acquired by Grupo Expansión in 2010, a Time Warner company at that point in time, where I worked with the founders to envision the whole product and engineering strategy.Medio Tiempo grew from zero to being the #1 sports site in México, and one of the top 10 most visited sites nationwide.I started doing content & stats, learned to code and performed almost every existing role on a site (excluding sales). As the lead developer I built, maintained and evolved a homegrown CMS and Front End for the site.
