Presales Engineer
Current- Collaborate with the Product Line to understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.- Conduct online POCs and technical presentation about IT Solutions.- Develop detailed and customized technical proposals, including system architectures, integrations, and technical requirements.- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss technical requirements, clarify doubts, and provide expert advice on solutions.- Work closely with internal teams, including product line, engineering, technical support, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.- Provide ongoing feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.- Stay updated on industry trends in the Storage, Backup and Cloud.- Develop and Implement effective CRM strategies.
